Payflex debited twice, when I was placing an order I got an error from my bank , then I added second card which went through, later on I realized both accounts were debited

Payflex debited twice, when I was placing an order I got an error from my bank , then I added second card which went through, later on I realized both accounts were debited . I’ve been making enquiries about it and also sent proof of payments from both banking accounts but no feedback from them only a ref numbers .
