Payflex ****

Can someone explain how does one end up at transunion for a payflex profile never used, I called payflex spoke to the agent and advised by his team leader or supervisor Daniel that I should tell transunion to send them an email of dispute to remove me from transunion for not using thier services, how does one get penalized for having a profile with Payflex, very bad service from Payflex, the profile was linked to a TymeBank account that I didn't even use.
