Payflex Customer Support non existent

Recently changed my phone and when i tried to get onto the Payflex app i was asked to do a Selfie verification, which took forever "capturing". Ithen took the matter up with Support and i was sent a link by Mpho Diale, which sent me to a verification link and my face was verified but when entering my ID number i get an error message. Now i have been sending emails, ckntacting suooort and trying customer care number *** as well as a whatsapp number *** that doesnt work either. My account is active i just need my app to be active as well because i use it mostly for instore purchases. There hasnt been any help from them
