Payflex charging ridiculous fees and no monthly option.
Nice Company to use if you want pay off something weekly. If you want a monthly option then don't use them, they charge ridiculous fees.

We are sorry to see that you have misunderstood the Payflex terms of payment and did not focus on the payment terms when registering and before you paid.
The payment schedule clearly indicates the payment schedule before a customer even captures their card details. This video clearly shows the process https://youtu.be/__tFXJNrAFU .
So if the 2 weekly payment option was not to your liking you could have cancelled well before capturing your card details and finalising your purchase.
Also just to correct your comment above. Payments are every 2 weeks. Not weekly.
We have noted that a very small percentage of customers are so excited to use Payflex that they overlook the obvious prompts and information presented to them.
In terms of the fees comment you have mentioned.
Remember we are giving you this payment plan at no cost. We only require you to pay back the installments on due date. This is done via a automated deduction to the card customers have loaded to their profile.
If you don't pay on those dates, Payflex attracts costs from our 3rd party service providers. I am sure that you would agree that it would be unfair for Payflex to carry these costs. So we have to add penalty fees to the customers missed installments.
So the longer you take to pay in full the more fees we add.
