PAYFLEX BAD SERVICE

Ref 396615. After years of having a payflex a/c I am unable to get access to it. After taking a selfie the message unable to verify appears. Now I'm told under above ref I am not registered with Home Affairs. After 50 years I'm not registered. REALLY. I am 77 years and do not have the slightest intention of changing my book to a card. How will I pay my three remaining instalments. Last time this happened must have sent 3 proof of eft payments. This has driven me crazy
