Payflex bad policy

I used payflex which I love nd all of a sudden they wanted to do an identification verification which I understood. Now they advised me I am unable to use their option because I don’t SA identification card. I have an identification book. I use that identification book everywhere with no issues. They always received payments on time why am I being punished for not have an identification card?!!
