Payflex bad all-round service!!!

This has to be the worst company, zero customer service. I paid for an order on the 25 June, it is now 02 July and I do not have my goods, actually i did not even receive a order number. I decided to check on their Platform to see if my order will reflect and there is no order, no transaction under my Payflex account yet I have already paid my installment.

I tried calling, email and no response from them. Payflex is messing with people. Not recommended at all.
