PAYFLEX AVOID: Incomplete Refunds & Zero Customer Service

I ordered from Shein, financed through PayFlex with three installment payments. two went through. I returned the goods and got my FULL refund from Shein — but PayFlex? They refunded me only a PORTION of what they charged me.

Bottom line: I paid for goods I no longer have and PayFlex kept the difference.

What makes it worse:

I've sent COUNTLESS emails requesting clarification ZERO responses. Not one. There's NO phone number to call — they've made themselves completely unreachable They're banking on customers giving up This is theft by silence. They charged me twice (Shein refunded fully, PayFlex didn't), and now I'm out of pocket with no recourse because they won't respond.

If you use PayFlex, you're taking a massive risk. Don't trust them with your money. They'll disappear the moment something goes wrong.
