Payflex @ Leonard

I spoke to Leonard about a payment query, where I was supposed to pay my last installment, less the refund amount. It still reflected that my fourth payment was the initial amount, but the agent was so patient and thoughtful. I felt silly because I should've checked before calling, but he assured me that it was no problem and he was so kind about it as well. I would give the agent a 10/10 rating :)
