Payflex - Arrears and Fee threats quite irritating. Do your job properly.

I have been using payflex since May 2025 and I never had issues. In December 2025 on the 15th I had my 1st installment deduction, since it is a 3 months deal, my next instalment was supposed to be in January 2026. On the 25th of December they send me an sms we unbale to deduct "your card" with card no .... is not working to avoid a fee of R125 please pay immediately and that was confusing and irritating. I made that online payment. Today 25 Jan 2026 same story, your cars no .... is not working pay immediately but I have been using the same card and it is on my profile on their app and it expires only in 2030, so what the hell. Very disappointing, the emails, there's no response.
