Payflex and merchant ****ming me

I bought hair from Bby luxury hairs with payflex on the 20th of july 2025.payflex signed her as a merchant but are not willing to take accounatability that they signed a **** as a merchant.i have never recieved anything from their merchant.i tried calling payflex send whatsapp but its not going through and the number goes straight to voicemail.how can our problems ve resolved if payflex whatsapps are being blue ticked,emails are not being responded and phone calls are not going through.where can we directly contact payflex besides support portal as its never attended to?
