Payflex and Marko

My 2nd payment on August was not finalized amounted to R1337 on 27-08-2025 till today I have not received my refund back,where as I have fully paid my order with them and Marko sent all attachments of payments and screenshot as requested it's a month now with no assistance in all this.They keep telling me about the fiance department but no response and log a query than they respond with automated email and no direct contact to assist me ,m very disappointed with this level of service from both companies because I want my money back.I honestly need help regarding my refund.They bank also requested email from merchant to help with my refund but nothing is being done .Poor customer service indeed.
