Payflex /Afshow Vellies

I found payflex by chance while browsing and signed up. I was looking for shoes vellies to be exact and found only 1 store on payflex store directory "Afshow Vellies "

Placed my order on 2 January 2023 and received email from payflex that the order is complete , I emailed asking why the full amount was charged and not taken over 6 weeks and the reply form payflex was that I must have selected the wrong option. This however is not my problem. Since placing my order with Afshow Vellies and paying in full amount of R 1025, I have not received any feedback from Afshow Vellies with regards to my order. I am asking please for payflex to please get a hold of Afshow Vellies since after numerous attempts I have been unable to. I know that this is not payflex problem BUT in my defense I found this company on Payflex store directory , Does payflex not do their homework when listing companies on their site. I feel I might have been ****med here. I have most probably lost my R 1025 but feel that payflex is also at fault here for listing companies without doing prober background checks , as a consumer using your service and using companies that you are in bed with now left me out of pocket with almost no means of getting it back. I have not received a single reply or email from Afshow vellies with reagrds to my order. Im am willing to change my rating here if this can be resolved.
