Payflex account blocked for weeks for no reason at all

I have been using payflex for about 5 months now and I am really struggling to get hold of them. When you call they don’t respond, same with emails. I have been trying to get their assistance for the past 2 weeks but no luck. They just blocked my account for no reason at all cause I always pay on time. Sad part is that they are not getting back to me at all. Customer service -1, not available at all is stressful!!
