PAYFLEX *********

I am very disappointed with payflex. ..they are very vague on refunds...I am awaiting 2 refunds ..they have been refunded by RUNWAY sale but have not effected my refund...they can never provide specific answers...but quick to add plz keep paying your installment...doesn't seem like a company I want to continue using and will advise friends and family also ...esp since I spend 1000s monthly
