Payflex

I am highly disappointed with payflex for their lack of communication. I have called no answer, i have emailed multiple times. I submitted a refund from takealot and takealot confirmed refund on the 14th of August. It was two refunds one of R299 and one of R1099. When i opened the specific order on my payflex account it shows R280 was deducted as refund. But the other R1099 was never deducted from the amount owed. I am expected to pay on time, but i don't get any feedback or questions answered. There's not enough ways to contact them to resolve this matter.... I really hope anyone from payflex can help me. I have been a loyal customer and expect my finances to be safe with payflex
