I bought items end of Nov and chose the 3 month option. Certain items were refunded, but I still had to pay the FULL 2nd installment and was told that the refund will only be deducted from the last installment. Not to make a thing of it, I paid the full outstanding amount, but still they are deducting random amounts without my consent, charging me late penalties fees, but I paid in full! I sent emails, but they don't respond on my questions and keep on deducting. I can't remove my card details and regret the day I bought items through payflex ...unprofessional, *********** and they must all go back to school to learn how to calculate.
