Payfex didn't day pay my orders at takealot but money was deducted from me

I had credit of R2000 I ordered from takealot . I payed first deposit it went thru they defected and got a MSG from takealot saying the payment was successful. After a day I recieved a MSG from takealot saying my order was cancelled to to not being payed . So I wanna understand what's going on my balance on paylex is all gone I payed first instalment and no order created on takealot it was cancelled. I contacted yall and was told I must make sure I pay my last 2 instalments. How can I do so if my order was not created I didn't use the 2000 they gave me instead they deducted first instalment from me . I'm so angry and frastrated
