Pathetic service. Verification block

Terrible service...my account was suddenly blocked and I cannot access the verification I've requested for it to done manually with no luck. Nokuphila has sent an email to reply to back but never gets back to you once you have rep**** with relevant information. How do I cancel this pathetic app with such pathetic service
