Pathetic service

Very dissapointed with payflex...I have spent thousands with them over the years with no delays on payment

Now they block account saying I need to verify ID ...I send all docs the consultant asks me silly questions and then totally ignores e mails So much for good service

Will be using another service provider as my money is not appreciated

Their turnaround time for feedback is appalling...as a customer you just are ignored

Not worth using them
