**** pathetic service!

Hi I have been trying to verify my account for the past few days and its not been working, I have been sending countless emails with no reply, I tried calling you guys with no answer as well. The automated email says you guys will respond within 72 hours but I have not received any response, what is the issue?do you guys have enough customers?the worst service I have received!
