Pathetic people working for this

I have purchased a lamp with Saltpur with this merchant and I’ve returned it as the lamp was delivered broken and with no bubble wrapping. Payflex kept deducting money off my account even after I told them I’ve returned the item with PROOF, I then blocked them from deducting money off my account and I’ve told Saltpur to email them so they can leave me alone. Ever since then payflex have been sending me threatening emails about taking legal action against me (for something I have returned) and that they will report me to credit bureau and block further credit on my name and make my score credits look bad! Please help investigate this further.. I have proof on black and white that everything was returned and not bought and the threats needs to stop because I am not paying for something I didn’t buy and I refuse to let me credit records look bad for SALTPUR and PAYFLEX fault!
