Pathetic company

I've been a customer of payflex for over 4 years now. In Decemeber I made a purchase using payflex. I was on holiday after that. My online limit was set to R50,00 for safety. I did not get the message from payflex when they wanted to take the payment of R72! When I returned I saw the message and immediately made FULL payment of everything I owed and not just the installment. Even though the R72 became R290 with Payflex adding a ridiculous amount of interest. Anyway I paid it all and then saw that payflex reduced my spend limit from R4000 to just R500!

R500! This is honestly such an insult! The worst thing is that payflex assume everyone that users payflex does not have money, they assume that they can do as they please and reduce limits as they wish!!

This is NOT a system thing! My limit was reduced 2 years back, when I spoke to Chris the operations manager, he set back my spend limit to R4000! This is not something they have no control over! There is no system on this planet that can't be controlled! Honestly this just shows that Payflex does not value loyalty and their customers! They don't give a damn about any of their customers!!! I've been loyal, using payflex for everything, they make money by charging the company you buying from a certain percentage for giving their customer a short term 'credit' and this makes customers buy much more then they would usually do! I have supported Payflex for over 4 years. I want my spend limit set back to R4000 the way it was. I will make sure that I do go on every platform warning people to stop using Payflex, because when their is a problem you face, they don't bother to help their own customer. All they say is 'it's the system' Another thing is, this is 100% because I was late with the payment and just for R72! They removed my credit!

Honestly payflex is just pathetic!!!
