Password, banking details and cellphone numbers

I sent them plenty of emails explaining my situation to them that I got ****** so I had to change my banking details and cellphone numbers they kept on sending me emails back saying my ticket has been viewed an agent will get back to me it's over a week now and I had to payments due yesterday and today. I can't even log into their portal because I forgot my password and I changed the number I registered with. I'm stressed I don't want to lie!
