Over due payments

Chris Olsen who is the chief risk and operations office is not good in sending emails. The way he has responded is putrid. I will never allow him to send an email like that to customers. His responses is not even professional at all. I think he needs skills to send proper emails to customers. He has not even apologised for the error. All he has mentioned is that is was a system error.

I self speak and send emails to customers on a daily basis and I will never respond to customers the way he has responded to me.

Please look into the emails that he has sent through to me.
