Outstanding Rufund

Since I bought items on takealot through payflex,I paid my fisrt payment and I was not happy with one of the product and returned them and asked for refund. This happened 10 April 2026 till today I haven't received my in my bank refund R250,on takealot it says my refund is approved but I haven't received anything. Helping me get my money will be highly appreciated. Thank you.
