Not receiving my money and no response from Payflex

Not receiving my R6500 on payflex after I returned Takealot order 12 days ago. Payflex is not responding to my emails just automated reply of maximum reply time is 72 hours. The landline number is not answered at all. Please be careful when using the payflex service.
