Not received payment, poor customer support

Over 4 days now, I made a withdrawal from my payflex wallet and even now the money is not in my account, the status says processed but the money is not in my account, tried emailing I just get an auto reply, calls don't even go through, their chat assistant they keep referring to is just useless, basically my money is missing and I have no one to give me answers
