Not putting customer first

The most disappointing service from the agents cut it short i wanted a link to be sent to me so i can be reinstated .I told the agents i never received the two links Michelle had send me the moment i finally spoke to Michelle insisted she send the link then i was fed up and told her to send while Im on the link and surprisingly i received it and every time i tried to accept it gave me a blank page then i clicked on the decline and the link totally declined my request .I then spoke to agent she said i should have used wife i should've used mobile but surprisingly when i clicked decline it allowed me even though i was using wifi. Then i called to report this and initially i only received one link instead of 3 even though i reported that i cant see the links' hen i spoke the most rudest manager she says her name is ZAMA she cant speak to customer and gives no damn. She assured she will listen to calls and escalate my matter till today.
