Not keeping to their promiose. Bad service.
I did online application for licence renewal in 11 Oct 2020, they promise 5 - 10 working days delivery service, they even did a credit check on my credit profile (messing up my credit profile for nothing), till today, I haven't received even a call from them to update me with progress.
