Not funds allocation

As i have tried most of their communication channels ,this is my last resort. I paid my upcoming installment but up to this day it has not be allocated. Even with the allocation that is meant to happen,the amounts that i am owing does not match my buying power. I am very defeated at this moment because what kind of business are you guys running if you can't even be reached on your telephones? Somebody needs to get back to me asap because there's no way i will be double charged and taken of my budget
