Not customer friendly

Very disappointed in the unprofessional and *********** business practice of Payflex. Firstly, falsely accused me of ***** and refused to refund me. The owner eventually contacted me and after we had "resolved" everything promised me my refunds which are still not paid to me a month later and also requested I remove my initial hello Peter review. Customers should use Payflex at their own risk as they are only interested in making money and not about customer care.
