Non existing installments created as there was a cancelation on my order

I was making a Shein order and paid via payflex...but now shein cancelled my order due to payment timeout on their end and I had already approved a payment. Payflex is not assisting me as they should by removing the payment installments already created on their payflex platform. I tried emailing support but the close tickets without attending to the matter. I opened another ticket but still no response regarding this matter. Guess what...I will probably be charged when the installments are due which are non existent because of a cancelled order. Payflex please attend to my issue before you mess up my credit score. So disappointed in the support team when it comes to such issues. My ticket number is 741047
