No way to communicate with Payflex

PayFlex when it work, works well. I love the opportunity to space payments for a purchase and when I can I always pay the instalments before they are due.

I made a purchase at Outdoor Warehouse and made all my payments on the 4 Instalments via EFT well before the were due. My third payment was made on the 14th October 2025 although it was only due on the 26 October. I received a payment confirmation on email indicating the payment was received.

He however did not reflect on my app. I contacted them twice through their only contact method . week later I received a mail from them stating that they have received the payment and I need not worry.

I have made the 4th payment on the 28th October 2025 that again stated that the 3rd payment was received. It should actually be the 4th one and the order finalized.

My account has now been blocked due to non payment. How pathetic.
