No way of communicating

I have been trying to get hold of Payflex via email and telephone and u I cannot get through or no reply on my emails. They debited my account ND I made a payment via the payflex portal. I need to get my refund but no luck. It's really bad that one hs to struggle to get good service from such a big company. I am highly upset. Then they decrease my spending too.
