No thanks, will stick to Pay Just Now

I tried to use payflex for a ourchase but couldn't sign into the site - the interface said that I already had an account (I did not).

I contacted the customer support centre and received a very long generic email in all caps basically saying: "if you have a problem, the answer is on this page, don't call us we'll call you."

3 days later, got an email from their support. I had already bought the item through another payment site (equally terrible). Just an all round frustrating experience. Will not be using them in future.
