No response support ticket logged

A payment was supposed to have gone off 25th May 2026, I got sms on 26 May 2026 that payment was not received and on top of that i was charged an additional late payment fee. I logged a support ticket with Payflex on 27 May 2026 asking if they can contact me so i can sort this out as i did have funds available, and to date 6 days later still waiting. I went onto there site and FAQ says contact my bank so I did, and it was error on there side and then on top of that why waiting for them to contact me so i can sort this out i get charged another late fee.
