No response, days later!!!

If I could give Payflex 0 stars I would! They don't respond to emails and you can't get through to anyone on the phone! Like what the hell is going on there??? I need my account unblocked urgently as I need to buy a laptop!!! I have sufficient credit and have been paying my account religiously. Why can't anyone contact me to sort this out?? I am at my wits end now really!!!
