No Response

I had a payment glitch last week on my current instalment, to a point that I was hit with a late payment fee, I tried to reach out to them and they only responded once, partially on only one of my questions, not all. At times their inbox is full and emails are bouncing back, not sure what to do anymore. and need to fulfill my commitment.
