no refund received or any communication about my refund query

i sent 2 orders back to payflex,yet they only refunded me for one, it was the same merchant and they insist they did not get the money back from the merchant to refund me yet the merchant has sent me proof that they have refunded payflex at the same time for both orders,i have been battling for the last few days and when i received a response the case was just closed and no proper explanation and now i have logged 2 more tickets and no one is responding,yet both my orders on payflex shows as refunded, i am starting to realize this company is not a company i will use again, once i receive my last refund i hope i do as they are not responding..i will be closing my payflex account after being a client for years
