No refund, got **********
They ripped me off my money, the store didn't have the item I ordered and so they ordered a different item and they gave me a refund, payflex refused to give me my refund.

Please see the explanation below. You have kept and paid for exactly for the products you kept. Payflex have not cheated you in any way or form.
Value of Original Order 1 045.00 (This value of products originally ordered)
Payflex Sponsorship (Discount) 200.00 (This is the value to discount the payment plan with Payflex) - Non Refundable
Value of Original Payment Plan 845.00 (This is the value of the payment plan to be paid back to Payflex)
Value of Returns/Cancellation 155.00 (The products given back / cancelled by the merchant and processed by them)
New Order Value after cancellation 890.00 (The products kept by client) i.e. Value of Original Order less Value of Return
Payflex Sponsorship Remaining 45.00 (The value of the products sponsored for the customer by Payflex are deducted first as Sponsorships are non-Refundable)
New Value of Payment Plan 845.00 (The new payment plan value)
Less Payment made by you 845.00
Net Position - Nett Position (Negative denotes refund / Positive value means still payable on plan)
So in the case above there is no cash refund due to you.
It is extremely important to understand that Discounts provided by Payflex are not refundable. Please refer to our terms and condition section 10.7
