No redund from Payflex

Purchased an item from a merchant using the Payflex payment. Realised it was the incorrect item and contacted the merchant and Payflex, within the same hour of the purchase. Now getting the round around from Payflex regarding the refund. 7 days later, still no refund. will not use them again!!
