No order but money deducted

I have tried contacting them multiple times and logged 3 tickets with no response. I placed an order on Shein and it never went through. They then started a payment plan but no order on Shein’s side. The payment is due to go off on 1 November and they are yet to respond. Horrible service , will NOT recommend. Give my money back
