No one has come back to me

I have a problem with a previous account. The payflex options devides the amount in 4 payments. One of my accounts i paid 5 payments on ,i have tried to get in contact with someone .. 4x payments went through the normal eft And 1 payment i paid myself Can you please helo me with this? Can i send through bank statements please
