NO NO NO ASSISTANCE

At the beginning I thought this company has good assistance but now I am starting to doubt it. Two weeks ago an order was placed and the full amount is STILL not paid into my account

When I ask them why they say the team is investigating it

Now I an asking HOW does it take TWO WEEKS!!!!!!!

So if they can’t even pay that small amount “the next business day” as they claim but I am waiting two weeks!!!! How can a merchant trust them with bigger transactions????????
