No customer support when issue arises

Payflex is great until something goes wrong. Then you have to deal with pathetic customer service.I made a purchase through Takealot and the order went through twice. When you log a query through their customer support, you get a generic message to inform you that the matter will be attended to in 72 hours. It has been a week and the matter has still not been given any attention. The telephone number and email address does not work.
