No customer service, robot responses, Refund query nightmare

I'm extremely frustrated with the ongoing issue regarding my refund, which was processed by the merchant two months ago. Despite sending emails with proof of reversal, I've received generic responses without any meaningful assistance.

I've also tried contacting you via phone calls and follow-up emails, but there's been complete radio silence. It's disappointing and unhelpful.

As a result, I'm losing trust in this platform. I can no longer confidently recommend it to others due to the subpar customer service experience.
