No customer service - but automated responses - payment/refund is a nightmare
I bought items via Payflex and had some items returned and refunded via Payflex however Payflex still says I owe them, even other payment they have a note partial refund allocated to installment and also deducted my account as well. I have sent emails multiple times with no assistance. Payflex order number: *** and Transaction Date: 29-04-2025
