No assistance with facial biometrics
Pay flex came up with this idea of doing facial biometrics and blocked access to any funds immediately until you did it. Bearing in mind your face ages over time and the picture at home affairs may not look the same. You then receive an email which tells how to dress, where to stand and you must hold a piece of paper today's date on it on one hand and your id book in the other hand and take a picture then attachment it to the email that couldn't verify you. I do all that and no response. I then log a query and attach my picture and id and 3 days later get a response repeating the same story about me taking the picture. So I closed the account. I can't deal with stupid people. If you want to do biometrics then be like Tymebank which allows fingerprints as well. I did my passport biometrics fine, traveled overseas with biometrics, opened an account at Tymebank with biometrics but with Payflex it is a problem.
