NO assistance in helping me change my cellphone number

I am so disappointed with payflex. I have a refund and i want to change my cellphone number as i am no longer using the one on my account and i need to have the correct number to receive and OTP. I have been sending emails for over a week and Thabang did "try" to help me but nothing has been done. i have been trying to call them and they number is not going through and i even tried emailing Thabang multiple times but he/she just decided to ignore me. I am actually so over their service. if i could rate them with 0 i would, they lucky to even get my 1 star!!!!!!!!!!!
